The City will not issue a <br />Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO) for new <br />homes during the growing season from May 1st to <br />November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy <br />requires all permits associated with the project to be finaled <br />and an as-built survey approved by the City. If vegetation <br />is not fully established at the time of CO issuance, the <br />erosion control escrow will continue to be held. <br />The septic system is not included in the <br />building permit approval. The septic <br />system requires a separate Septic <br />Installation permit. <br />This building permit is contingent upon <br />installation of a conforming septic system. Soils <br />have not been verified; proceed at your own risk. <br /> A Certificate of Occupancy will not be granted <br />without installation of a compliant septic system.
