The construction is wood <br />framing, insulated with exterior wood lap siding <br />exterior finish. The exterior materials and building <br />lines match the existing house. The garage is 400 s.f. <br />and is located to enhance a blending with the existing <br />garage. <br />IMF p }S IIP <br />Both the Garage and House additions are designed to fit <br />most functiona'.ly and sensitively with the existing <br />conditions. These existing conditions include a 3'-6 <br />distance between the garage and property line and the <br />existing house which is within the 75' lakeshore <br />setback (from elevation 929.4).
