A 1 hour fire separation be installed along the existing and new <br />garage wall north side. <br />2. No openings are to be installed in the north wall. <br />Average Site Line Setback Variance - to recommend approval based on the <br />following findings: <br />1. The proposed Addition does not create a view obstruction to <br />neighboring properties. <br />2. The variance will not alter the essential character of the <br />locality. <br />3. The proposed addition does not extend past the existing structure. <br />Conditional Use Permit - to recommend approval of excavation and structure <br />within .5 floodway based on the following findings: <br />1. No other land above the 931.5 elevation is available to construct <br />addition on. <br />2. There is no added danger to life and proper dut to increased <br />flood heights or velocities caused by the encroact <br />3. Proposal does not increase any hazards to water supply or <br />sanitation systems. <br />4. Proposal has taken into consideration all factors of Orono Code <br />Section 10.55, Subdivision 12 (D). <br />Approval is conditioned on the following: <br />1. Crawl space floor elevation be maintained at 931.5 elevation. <br />2. Temporary soil erosion control be maintained until permanent soil <br />erosion control is in effect. <br />
