Waldron, 1951 Concordia Street - <br />Conditional Use Permit/Variance - Resolution <br />Attached is a resolution which reflects Council action to date, <br />denying the creation of a walkout cut and a 3' terracing excavation, but <br />approving lakeshore restoration with a 3' retaining wall at the upper end <br />of the bank, and which a -)proves the proposed deck in con juction with <br />concurrent removal of the existing hardcover, resulting in no hardcover <br />increase. The resolution also conditions the approval on removal of the <br />roof runoff drain tile, and advises applicant to work with staff in <br />finding aii acceptable solution. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved , seconded , to adopt Resolution # <br />granting variances and a conditional use permit to John and Lynn Waldron, <br />1951 Concordia Street, for construction of a deck and retaining wall in <br />conjunction with grading to restore the lakeshore bank per the method found <br />to be appropriate by the City Council.
