MINUTES OP THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD MARCH 21, 1988 <br />91248 WILLIAMS CONTINUED <br />Mabusth stated it is the City's position that the road <br />will not be required to be improved unless all four <br />property owners request the improvement. <br />Motion, Ayes 3, Nays 1. Bellows voted nay because she <br />does not believe in approving substandard lot sizes and <br />in this case because of the unresolved difficult road <br />situation. Motion carried. <br />81249 DANIEL M. CRO NEW <br />2780 SRADTMGOD ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC SEARING <br />This application wan formally withdrawn. <br />91250 DANA M. WELLS <br />1397 00000 LANE <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC NZARING 7909-7311 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />were noted. <br />Applicant arrived later in the meeting. <br />Mabusth explained the request for a side setback <br />variance to construct a garage addition which will not <br />encroach any closer than the existing house. There is <br />no increase in hardcover because the garage addition <br />will be constructed over existing gravel drive. She <br />noted that the proposed structure will have no negative <br />impact the most affected adjacent property. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Bellows, seconded by Brown, to recommend <br />approval per staff recommendation. Nction, Ayes 6, Hays <br />0. <br />11 <br />
