The <br />adjustment is to pass on a rate increase to Orono from Long Lake <br />for water purchased from Long Lake for use by Orono customers. <br />DISCUSSION - This item as presented at the March 14, 1988 Council <br />eeeiing reflected the cost increase to Orono for the water we <br />purchase, however, did not reflect the cost increase to be passed <br />on to the I)rono utility customers in the area served by this <br />system. In addition this adjustment must be presented in <br />ordinance form and is effective upon passage and publication.
