NCWNALL <br />wcnwtD <br />THOMAS VC.Nu. <br />On behalf of both Mr. and Mrs. John Waters and Mr. and Mrs. Jack <br />Dennis, we would 'ike to request that the City of Orono undertake <br />to have prepared a feasibility study to examine whether or not <br />the storm water run-off that fror Lime to time inundates portions <br />of the Waters' and Dennis' property ought to be the subject of a <br />storm drainage public improvement project. Based on the <br />conclusions of Greg Kopischke of Westwood Planning and <br />Engineering, the Waters' and Dennis' -eel that the storm <br />drainage run-off that is stored on their property from ti--)e to <br />time is not the result of an act of nature, but rather the result <br />of development upstream of both properties.
