This document, dated September. 17, <br />1945, granted Lots 1 through 27 "Pheasant Lawn" to a private <br />property owner with several covenants and restrictions. These <br />covenants and restrictions, although listed as a part of the <br />legal description of the easement property, terminated January 1, <br />1975. The terming*ion date is stated in the same document no. <br />209388. A copy of the document is enclosed for your review. <br />We concluded our discussion with the understanding that <br />this is the easement draft which you wish to present to the City <br />Council on April 11, 1968.
