City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />SOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND SET <br />ASSESSMENT HEARING DATE FOR WOODHILL RO..L <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the upgrading cf Woodhill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff and Council has reviewed the <br />ans and specifications for Woodhill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications meet with the <br />staff and Council approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and <br />specifications are heret;y approved and direct the City Engineer <br />to advertise for bids for the upgrading of Woodhill Road. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Orono Council does <br />hereby designate May 23, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. as the assessment <br />hearing and bid award date. <br />Adopted by the Orono Council of the City of Orono at a <br />regularly scheduled Council meeting April 11, 1988. <br />James R.
