PE <br />The revised plan submitted on tho John Waldron property indicates an excava- <br />tion of 3 feet in the Lakeshore Yard area. The proposed excavation would be <br />in the 0-75 foot lakeshore setback area. It is estimated that 150 to 200 <br />cu.yds. of material would be removed. <br />The proposed plan revision does not significantly change the concept of the <br />previous submittal.
