USAGE <br />Usage for vacation and sick leave will be based on the number of <br />hours normally scheduled for that day. (i.e. If the person works <br />8 hours F,r.r day, 3 days per week, usage is to be 9 hours for days <br />scheduled. If scheduled 4 hours a day 5 days a week, 4 hours for <br />each day scheduled.) In the case of holidays falling on the <br />persons r'gular work day, they shall receive the prorata amount <br />earned for a holiday regardless of hours scheduled. If <br />holiday falls on a day not scheduled to be worked, they shall <br />paid the prorata holiday hours for that day or may take another <br />day off with the prorata hours earned for that holiday, with <br />the prior written approva' of the department head.
