Reject <br />RECOMMENDATION - Following discussion it is recommended that the formal <br />compensation plan be adopted as presented and that the 1988 proposed <br />adjustments be made effective as of January 1, 1988 with the Council also <br />adopting the part-time proration rules for part-time regular employees. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Council adopt <br />Attachment A as its formal compensation program, and that it further adopt <br />Attachment B including Resolution # to implement the plan and that <br />Council also adopt Attachment C by Resolution #_ for proration of part- <br />time benefits.
