CONCLUSIONS AND REC!OWENUATIONS <br />I <br />Hennepin County is in the process r preparing the final plans for this <br />project which should be ready for the City's final approval in late summer or <br />early fall. The project would then be bid sometime in the winter of 87-88 with <br />actual construction to start in the spring. Mound would be bided for 90% of <br />tneir share of the construction or approximately $243,000.00 at the time the <br />contract is awarded. In the past, the City has.been invoiced separately at a t <br />later time for their share of the right-of-way cost. <br />The proposed assessments will not even begin to pay the City's share of the <br />project; therefore, we would recommend the difference be maoe up with money <br />fro^ !'ound's Str`e Aid Constiuctiui. Fuitd. It is our opinion that the project. <br />is feasible and can be accomplished as described herein. <br />Nq-7 <br />
