The storm sewer trunk costs should be assessed over the area which will drain <br />into the system. We have not as yet received the plans from Hennepin County <br />so we cannot compute the trunk rates at this time. The storm sewer trunk <br />assessment policy should have the City picking up 30 percent of the cast. The <br />commercial property should be assessed at a rate equal to tvice the residen- <br />tial rate.
