We <br />will have fabric samples available at the council meeting Monday evening. <br />The fabric material to be used for landscape work should have a permeability <br />of at least 0.15 cm/sec. This allows water to flow through the material at <br />about 3.5 inches per minute. The City should also be concerned about the <br />materials used for cover over the fabric when hard cover is an issue.
