City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />3. The applicant is to grant a road and utilities easement to the <br />City of Orono over the traveled portion of the roadway known as Bohn's <br />Point Road that intersects the subject property. <br />4. The plumbing of cold water is permitted to the new detached <br />structure. Such structure shall not be used as a second, non -rental <br />residental unit without first obtaining appropriate approvals and <br />permits from the City of Orono. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property, not <br />with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br />Council approval, or this variance will expire on that date (March 28, <br />1989) . <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein <br />and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned applicant has read, understood, and hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution on behalf of himself, his <br />heirs, successors and assigns. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 28th day of March, <br />1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
