City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Ronald W. <br />Bertagnoli and Sylvia Bertagnoli is hereby granted and that the portion of <br />Forest Boulevard legally described above is hereby vacated. The granting <br />of the petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation, applicants <br />must combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their <br />property (Already combined Lot 3, Block 15 and a portion of vacated Park <br />Drive, Saga Hill Revised, Hennepin County, Minnesota). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held on March 28, 1988. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M.
