Stamped, legal sized envelopes (#10) pre -addressed to each of the names on the above list. with no return address (use address labels obtained with property owners list). 4. Certificate of survey including hardcover calculations as required. $. Topographic survey (existing and proposed elevations) if any changes in existing grade are proposed. )F.
