The 60-day <br />review period expires on October 4, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant proposes a single-story addition and an at-grade deck to the lakeside of the primary <br />residence. the at-grade deck on conforming to the City Code. The addition encroaches <br />approximately 8 feet into the average lakeshore setback and was design to meet the 75 foot lake <br />setback.
