The 60-day <br />review period expires on September 19, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant proposes an amendment to the existing conditional use approval to allow for two <br />additional 196 square foot sheds. The site is currently operating under a CUP for a church and <br />daycare. Both proposed sheds will be located on the southern end of the property, with one shed <br />serving the church and daycare respectively. An amended CUP is required when there is an <br />intensification of the use or uses subject to the CUP , this includes an increase in building square <br />footage.
