July 30, 2025 <br />City of Orono Planning Commission <br />2750 Kelley Parkway <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />Re: Support for Variance Request at 1440 Baldur Park Road, Orono, MN <br />Dear Members of the Planning Commission: <br />I am writing to express my strong support for the variance request submitted by Jack <br />and Suzy Bohn for the property located at 1440 Baldur Park Road in Orono, Minnesota. <br />As a neighboring property owner at 1444 Baldur Park Road, I am directly adjacent to <br />the subject property and have a vested interest in developments that may affect our <br />community. <br />I have had the opportunity to review the proposed plans and survey associated with this <br />variance request. Based on my examination, I fully approve of the proposed changes. I <br />do not foresee any adverse impacts to my property, the surrounding neighborhood, o r <br />the environment as a result of this project. In fact, I believe it will enhance the aesthetic <br />appeal of the area. <br />I kindly urge the Planning Commission to approve this variance request, as it appears to <br />be a reasonable and well-considered proposal that benefits the property owner without <br />detriment to others. <br />Thank you for your time and consideration.
