Setback intrusions compounded by retaining wall built in 2022 <br />•Without benefit of a permit or survey intrusions on neighboring <br />property now extend to the lake. <br />•Prior to the wall the lakefront area contained brush, trees, grasses, <br />with no visible erosion, & no maintenance. <br />•Property on either side of wall have similar slope with no erosion.
