Citations were issued for <br />burning without a permit and demolition without a permit on <br />February 29, 1988. No more action or activity has taken place <br />and staff will await the outcome of the citations. <br />1168 NORTH ARM DRIVE - The property owner has one pile of brush <br />and de6iie to burn as of this date. Staff will contact him to <br />see when he will complete the clean-up. <br />4229 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH - The property owner has been notified of <br />the ord Inance that does not allow concrete in clean fill and the <br />corrections must be made by May 15, 1988. <br />298 HOLLANDER ROAD - The property owner has been given until May <br />I5, I988 to ccmplete the removal of the concrete footings and <br />completion of the grading. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 42 STATUS REPORT - On March 2, 1988 Mark and I <br />met NIEh-[epFeeent ei Eves-�[om file Met Council and Metro Waste. <br />It was determined that the City would calculate the current and <br />maximum flows for the Metro interceptor pipe at County Road 15 <br />and Orono Orchard Road to determine the number of sewer unite <br />available. <br />GOAL SETTING - See attachment. <br />
