Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />DATE: March 8, 1988 <br />MAR 111989 <br />308.'LJP-y of ©duNO <br />SOBJ: Resignation of Paul Taylor, Planning Commission Member <br />On March 1, 1988, Mr. Paul Taylor submitted his resignation as <br />Planning Commision member effective March 1, 1988. <br />Mr. Taylor's resignation will leave a vacancy on the commission <br />which should be filled as soon as possible. <br />Recommendation - To accept Mr. Taylor's resignation as Planning <br />Commission Member effective March 1, 1988, and to direct staff to <br />prepare a resolution of appreciation which will be presented to <br />Mr. Taylor in the very near future. It is further recommended <br />that Council direct staff to review the applirstions on file of <br />residents who have expressed an interest in serving on the <br />Planning Commission and to present those names to Council at a <br />later date. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: moved, seconded, to accept the <br />resignation of Mr. Paul Taylor es Planning Commission Member <br />effective March 1, 1988, and to direct staff to prepare a <br />resolution of ..jpreciation for Council review and approval at a <br />later date.
