Coffin, dated November 7 , 1980 , (Exhibit A) , subject <br /> to the following conditians: <br /> lo Parcel B as described on Exhibit A shall be legally <br /> combined for tax purposes with Lot 1, Block l, t�olsfeld <br /> Lake Company AGdition, which together shall be thereafter <br /> considered as one building site. <br /> 2. Parcel A as described on Exhibit A shall remain as <br /> one building site meeting all current standards of <br /> the RR-1B zoning district. <br /> 3. On August l, 1981, the rental of the garage apartment <br /> on Parcel A will be discontinued.
