2. Table <br />R_ECOM_ME_N_DATI_ON <br />Issue 1. _ Financing. - It is presently recommended; <br />a.) That the City utilize a general tax fund levy <br />instead of Municipal State Aid Funds for the ^ortion the <br />City decides to pay of the project, <br />b.) That the City over the next four months work to more <br />fully develop its MSA capital Improvement program, <br />c.) That the City undertake the storm sewer district to <br />pay for the $84,000 portion as a special taxing utility <br />area, <br />d.) The City preliminarly allot $126,000 fo. le <br />assessments to the properties with the City picking up <br />approximately half of the cost for the residential <br />sidewalk, <br />e.) TnaL the staff be Iirected to set a special <br />as--�;ssment h( ' ng towards the end of the project, but <br />prior to Sep —goer in order to certify for the 1989 <br />taxes, <br />f.)
