- ISSUE _ 2. __-__FI_NANCI_NG - The following represent <br />financing actions at this Council meeting. <br />1. Direct staff to undertake the recommended <br />recommendation. <br />a. Establishment of a storm sewer district. <br />b. Undertake the special assessment procedure for <br />that portion of funds as recommended. <br />c. Prepare appropriate bond sale to be issued for 10 <br />years between 1989 - 1999 with payment through <br />general tax funds and special assessments. <br />d. Finalize and undertake the MSA funding plan for <br />the projec ;s. <br />2. Table for f rther consideration <br />3. Amend the recommended mix plus initiate the steps to <br />undertake that revised mix. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that Council consider the <br />final plans^and make any comments they have regarding those plans <br />for final consideration at the December 14, 1987 meeting. <br />Additionally it is recommended that the issue of financing after <br />the Council has discussed their ideas and issues that be tabled <br />until December 14, 1987 for a recommendation and preliminary <br />action on the financing. ("Final" action would be in a series of <br />steps to implement the preliminary plan including special <br />assessment hearings and bond passage etc.) <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _ , seconded by , that the Council. <br />table until its December 14, 1987 meeting the_ final plan approval <br />together with the preliminary financing plan.
