Direct staff to revamp, based on issues and priorities <br />RECOMMENDATION_ - It is recommended that the Council following <br />discussion of issues related to this as a draft, realizing it is <br />subject to future revisions, relate their comments and ideas as <br />they relate to format and direct staff to work on a second draft <br />in order to provide a framework for pertinent capital financial <br />decisions. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , that the Council <br />following discussion of issues direct staff to work on redrafting <br />the capital budget plan in order to incorporate their issues and <br />ideas in order to make this a workable framework for financial <br />decisions.
