Project includes curb and gutter, sidewalk <br />and storm sewer installation. <br />Dear Sirs: <br />Receipt is acknowledged for the following which you have submitted as part of <br />the above permit application: <br />1. Review and approval by the DNR. <br />This plan and letter are in accordance with the action taken by the Board of <br />Managers on December 17, 1987 in reference to the above permit. <br />This letter is your permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />Permit approval is based upon the folowing exhibits: <br />1. Permit Application No. 87-232 received November 25, 1987. <br />2. Plans and specifications for road construction and bridge replacement <br />prepared by Hennepin Co. dated November 27, 1987, <br />3. Flood Insurance Study for the City of Orono. <br />4. Permit No. 88-6177 issued by the DNR January 27, 1988. <br />This permit permit is valid for one !1) year. If construction is not complete <br />within one (1) year, an extension must be requested.
