MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING REM JANUARY 27, 1988 <br />i1237 DAVID H. PRICE <br />2914 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />APTER -THE-PACT VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:27-7:29 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />were noted. <br />Mrs. David Price was present and requested their <br />application be tabled because Mr. Price was unable to <br />attend this meeting due to illness. <br />There were no comments from the public at this time. <br />Mabusth noted that the nae1;ible depth of Casco Cove <br />channel has yet to be dete:v'%ed. <br />Planning Commission recommended waiting until the ice <br />goes out. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Johnson, to <br />table this matter (approximately May 1988) until staff <br />has resolved the navigational issue. Motion, Ayes 6, <br />Nays 0. <br />t1238 WAYZATA COUNTRY CLUB <br />200 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:28-7:32 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />were noted. <br />James Lindblad was present representing the Wayzata <br />Country Club. <br />Bill Ferrill, 240 Wakefield Road, neighbor and member of <br />Wayzata Country Club and also Chairman of the Grounds <br />Committee for this project, was also present for this <br />matter. He noted that the only affected neighbor is <br />Paul Baszucki, 250 Wakefield Road, and the Club has <br />repositioned the building per Mr. Baszucki's request and <br />have also agreed to paint the building a color of their <br />choice. He noted that a berm will also screen the <br />building from the neighboring property. <br />Chairman Kelley asked if there was an automatic <br />moratorium on accessory structures because of the <br />pending ordinance amendment? <br />Mabusth stated there was no formal moratorium, it would <br />have required a separate ordinance. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />3 <br />
