21988.1 <br />A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE <br />1988 COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono Employee Compensation Plan <br />adopted by the City Council provides for adjustments based on <br />several factors, including internal analysis, external (market) <br />analysis, evaluation of individual's expected performance, <br />position adjustments and step adjustments; and <br />WHEREAS, under the plan certain positions merit current <br />adjustments based on the eFtablished guidelines. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following <br />positions be adjusted as listed: <br />TITLE (Budgeted Hours) <br />Finance Director <br />Police Chief <br />City Clerk <br />Build/Zoning Admin <br />Asst Zoning Admin <br />Senior Bldg Inspector <br />Building Inspector <br />Asst.
