recommt.-ndations ref lest in part Muth internal comparisons with <br />the bargaining unit plus external boti with other municipalities <br />and the ;?rivate, sector. <br />The recommended change while not resulting in a direct cash <br />outflow do result in additional time off for employees and may <br />necessitate some additional overtime - (no estimate at this <br />point). <br />No Injury on Duty program is recommended however the following <br />actions will be pursued: <br />I <br />a.) Modification of existing contractual IOD; and I <br />b.) Explore possibly long to o disability plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that this then be tabled until 9/23/85 meeting <br />with perhaps discussion during the budget meetings. The <br />following items are recommended: <br />a.) That the individual salary adjustments be adopted <br />for 1985 as outlined retroactive to January 1, 19E5. <br />b.) That the non -salary benefits hrecommended <br />e adopted <br />for all non-bargining unit personnel effective January <br />1, 1985. <br />c.)
