Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: February 3, 1988 <br />Subject: #1171 Landmark Construction, Inc. - Road Name Request <br />The applicants have provided three choices for a road name. The first <br />two were reviewed as presenting potential conflict with existing similar <br />road names within the City and adjacent cities. The third choice, Landmark <br />Drive, was selected by the staff as the one presenting the least potential <br />for confussion. Staff unanimously recommends the road name of "Landmark <br />Drive" for the Bayside Landing plat road. <br />The applicants have also asked to install their own street sign and in <br />addition seek to combine the stop sign and street sign as a single signage, <br />similar to the signage at the Farm at Long Lake. The Public Works Director <br />has been advised of the applicants' request and will advise them as to the <br />City standards for street signs on private roads. <br />
