PE <br />We have reviewed the grading plan submitted for the Betz Addition. The plan <br />as submitted is acceptable with the following exceptions. <br />The drainage ditch between lots 2 and 3 should be graded wide enough to con- <br />trol the storm aster discharge velocity to 5 feet per second. The placement <br />of riprap or a storm sewer line in place of the ditch would also be accept- <br />able. The plan should show the proposed grading on Stubbs Bay Road.
