Action was taken allowing the <br />District staff to issue your permit only after receipt and staff approval of the <br />following: <br />1. Revised plan showing culvert inverts under the roe:d and at the pond outlet. <br />2. Review and approval by the City of Orono. <br />Please be advised that the project is not authorized until the above has been <br />submitted to me and you have been notified of permit issuance from the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District.
