I have also attached blank signature sheets <br />to sign in addition to the one attached to your joint <br />powers agreement. <br />Please; <br />1. Have both the city clerk and mayor sign all signature sheets <br />including the one attached to the joint powers agreement. <br />2. Mail back the unattached signed sheets in the enclosed <br />envelope. <br />3. Keep your joint powers agreement and it's attached sheet <br />For your city records. <br />I will mail back the other sheets when I get them returned <br />from the other cities. 'then, please attach the signed sheets <br />to your joint powers agreement. <br />Please return these to me by February 16, 1988.
