S <br />EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT <br />The CITY OF WAYZATA and the CITY OF ORONO, on this day of <br />19 , do hereby agree to extend for another full year their <br />previous Agreement, dated April 19, 1977, whereby Orono purchased from <br />Wayzata fire protection services. <br />In consideration of such extension, the parties hereto agree as <br />follows; <br />.. The terms of said previous Agreement shall expire at one <br />minute before midnight, December 31, 19 88, unless further <br />extended prior to that date by mutual agreement. <br />2. Orono shall pay to Wayzata the sum of $ 3,500 <br />for fire protection rendered during this additional period, <br />payment of which may be made un a quarterly baxis. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Extension <br />of Agreement the day and year first above written. <br />CITY OF WAYZATA <br />Mayor <br />And <br />City Manager <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />By <br />mayor <br />And <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
