AGREEPSENT <br />TH15 AU KEEMENT, made and entered into this <br />day of 19 by and between the CITY OF WAYZATA, a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation, hereinafter for convenience <br />referred to as "Wayzata", and the CITY OF ORONO, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation, hereinafter for convenience referred <br />to as "Orono": <br />ment; and <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Wayzata maintains a volunteer fire depart- <br />WHEREAS, Orono does not maintain a fire department <br />and desires to purchase fire protection from Wayzata; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants <br />herein contained, the parties hereto agree as followE: <br />1. Services to Be Rendered. During the tern of <br />this agreement, Wayzata shall furnish all fire fighting <br />services to Orono for the area outlined in red on the attached <br />map marked Exhibit A, hereinafter for convenience referred to <br />as "Service Area". All of said Service Area is located within <br />the corporate limits of Orono. Such services shall be sub- <br />stantially the same in extent and quality as those rendired <br />by Wayzata within its own corporate limits and shall utilize <br />the equipment and personnel of Wayzata. <br />2. Terr:. Wayzata undertakes to provide such ser- <br />vices during the period beginning midnight, January 1, 19 <br />and expiring at one rd nute: before midnight, December 31, 19 11 <br />unless extended in accordance with the provision,:- hereo:. <br />I <br />
