CITY of ORONO <br />Post Office Box 66•Crystal Bay, Minnesota 5=*Municipal Offices <br />On the North Shore of Lake Minnetonka <br />January 28, 1988 <br />Mr. Paul Baltzersen, Planner <br />Metropolitan Council <br />300 Metro Square Building <br />Seventh and Roberts Streets <br />St. Paul, MN 55101 <br />Re: City of Orono <br />MUSA Line Amendment <br />Dear Paul, <br />Based on the present documentation that the City of Orono has <br />on file with the Metropolitan Council regarding the location of <br />the the Municipal Urban Services Area (MUSA) line as it relates <br />to the property between Old Crystal Bay Road and willow and <br />Highway 12 and County Road 6, the City of Orono is amending its <br />request to specifically add to the Municipal Urban Service Area <br />extension that portion of area that has already been assessed, as <br />shown in Figure 23 of its Comprehensive Plan Amendment. This <br />area was originally sewered in 1967. Documentation should <br />appropriately reflect its inclusion in the MUSA line.
