Tot Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />FRONS Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DRTR: January 28, 1968 <br />At their meeting of 1/27/08, the Planning Commission asked that <br />a joint meeting of the Planning Commission and Council be <br />scheduled to discuss the proposed accessory structure r *ndment. <br />If you remember, the current proposal was drafted by Mike Gaffron <br />after the Planning Commission's preliminary review of the first <br />draft amendment. Mike Gaffron has sent a copy of the current <br />proposal to all Councilmembera today for their review. If <br />Council agrees to the Planning Commission request at their <br />Council meeting of 2/8/88, the Planning Commission asks r_hat <br />staff schedule a joint meeting sometime between February ",th - <br />February 18th. If Council does not agree to a joint meeting, <br />staff was directed to schedule a special meeting to review the <br />amendment exclusive of the regular Planning Commission meeting to <br />be set aside for the review of applications. <br />Please place the the Planning Commission request under your <br />agenda at the Council meeting of 2/8/88. <br />pp/128.1 <br />
