Any new owner/operator shall apply for, obtain and <br /> comply with all applicable business licensing re- <br /> gulations including licenses for cigarette sales <br /> and off-sale beer as may be applicable to any pro- <br /> posed business . <br /> D. Notice is hereby given that Section 31. 105 of the Orono <br /> Zoning Code reads as follows : <br /> 31. 105. Whenever a lawful non-conforming use of <br /> a structure or land is c?iscontinued and remains <br /> discontinued for a period of twelve (12) months, <br /> any future use of said structure or land shall be <br /> in conformity with the provisions of this Zoning <br /> Code. (Ord. 172, 12-19-74 , effective 1-1-75) <br /> l . Failure of the owner, applicant or any other party <br /> • to timely make application, supply information , or <br /> to complete the above required corre�tions shall n�t in <br /> itself be cause to extend the twelve r�onth deadline <br /> r.oted in Section 31. 105 . <br /> 2 . Some form of commercial property use pursuant to an <br /> approved non-conforming use conditional use permit <br /> shall be open and operating on the premises and in <br /> the building located at 3800 Trlayzata Builevard on or <br /> before April 8 , 1982, or all rights to continue non- <br /> conforming use of the property shall expire on that <br /> date, in which case any future use of the property <br /> shall be fully conforming to all provisions of the <br /> Residential Zoning District in effect at that time. <br /> E.
