Tanks <br />should ba pumped out as soon as possibla. <br />□ System is discharging to surfaca. Tanks must ba pumped <br />within 48 hours to aliminsts surface discharge. <br />□ Inspection risers missing-tanks could not ba inspactad. <br />Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installsd in each tank <br />at naxt pumpout. If tanks have not baan pumped out within <br />tha last three yean, tfiay should be pumped out now. <br />□ Inspaction pipe is located directly over tank baHla. (Ooas not <br />giva accurate measuremant of solids accumulation.) If tanks <br />have rtot been pumped out within tha last three years, they <br />should ba pumped out now. <br />Drainfjald inspection indicatss: <br />^i^Orainfiald is dry, no surfacirtg evident. <br />□ Soma avidanca of surfacing, not critical yet. <br />□ Drainfield is saturated and visibly dIsGharging untreated <br />affluent to tha surfaca. This conchtion may require replace <br />ment or additions to drainfield. Contact tha City Inspector <br />immadiataly.
