The proposed use is in accord with the intent and <br /> objective of the zoning code and the purpose of the <br /> RR-1B Zoning District. <br /> 8 . The proposed use is in accord with the intent and <br /> objective of the Orono Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br /> 9 . The location of the conditional use permit and the <br /> proposed conditions under which it would be operated <br /> or maintained are not detrimental to the public health, <br /> safety or welfare . <br /> 10 . The proposed use is not materially injurious to <br /> properties or improvements in the surrounding residential <br /> neighborhood. <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the application for a conditional use <br /> permit for the planting of a tree and shrub nursery, subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1 . Council will not approve the on-site sale of nursery <br /> stock grown on the subject property either now or at <br /> anytime in the future. <br /> 2 .
