• <br /> � � Cit� o� ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1257 <br /> • " • • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRANi TO HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> FOR CONSIDER.ATION AS PART OF' THE <br /> URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION <br /> IN ACCORD WITH THE <br /> HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has executed a Cooperation <br /> agreement with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , a three year Community Development Program <br /> and Housing Assistance Plan was prepared for Program Years V, <br /> VI and VII consistent with the Urban Hennepin County Compre- <br /> hensive Community Development Strategy and the Community <br /> Development Program Regulations , and <br /> • WHEREAS, the Year VII Community Development Program <br /> was developed consistent with the Urban Hennepin County Compre- <br /> hensive Community Development Strategy and has been subject <br /> to citizen review pursuant to the Urban Hennepin County Citizen <br /> Participation Plan, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of_ Orono approves the proposed Year VII Community Development <br /> Program and authorizes application transmittal to Hennepin <br /> County for consideration as part of the Year VII Urban Hennepin <br /> County Community Development Block Grant Application. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> this 23rd day of March, 1981. <br /> � <br /> L�� <br /> William B.
