City Administrator Benson <br /> called the roll . Council members present were: Welsh, <br /> Massengale and Butler, Council member Paurus was absent. <br /> Also attending were; City Assessor Glenn Hawkyard and <br /> Kerman Benson of the County Assessor� s office. <br /> Appearing before the Board were : <br /> Jim Brown representing: <br /> Curtis Carlsfln - Plat 43155 - Parcel 4500 <br /> Edwin Gage - Plat 43155 - Parcel 1500 <br /> Dr. Glen Nelson - Plat 43155 - Parcel 3000 <br /> Mr. Brown requested re-valuation of these properties <br /> and will call the Assessor to set the time and date. <br /> The Assessor' s office will notify Mr, Brown when the <br /> reconvened meeting of the Board is set . <br /> Edwin Cashin - Plat 43161 = Parcel 9000 <br /> Requested a re-valuation of his property. Mr. Cashin <br /> will call the Assessor � s otfice, May 25, 1977, to set <br /> time and date for inspection. <br /> Elizabeth Balter - Plat 42740 - Parcel 3050 <br /> Deputy Assessor had inspected this property, May <br /> 23, 1977, at the request of the property owner. He felt <br /> the valuation was correct. She was told the entire area <br /> she lives in, is now in the process of being re-valued. <br /> No action by the Board. <br /> Richard C. Tieqen - Plat 43240 - Parcei �60U and 5800 <br /> He has 3 lots and feels they are not buildable because <br /> of a culvert and water run-off . Mayor VanNest recommended <br /> the Assessor and Zoning Administrator Henry Muhich, look <br /> at the lots to determine if they could become one build- <br /> able site after a comination. <br /> Theodore Boer - Plat 41860 - Parcel 1825 <br /> Requested re-valuation by Assessor, Mr. Boer will <br /> call the Assessor ' s office and set time and date for <br /> an inspection. <br /> Dr. Larry Joel - Plat 43137 - Parcel 8000 <br /> Requested the Board to lower his market value to <br /> $191,000, his purchase price as of December 1976, The <br /> Board was informed by the Assess�r that Dr. Joel has <br /> twice been instructed to produce a copy of his deed. <br /> As of this date he has not done so. The Assessor ' s <br /> office has requested permission to re-value the property <br /> and has been refused entry. The Board instructed Dr. Joel <br /> � i ! � <br />
