City of ORONO <br />r <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2267 <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for new <br />residence on Lot 3, applicant must relocate drainage ditch adjacent to <br />Watertown Road, approximately 27 feet from centerline of Watertown <br />Road. <br />2. Owner of Lot 2 to grant access and utility easement over 10 feet <br />drainage and utility easement along east lot line in favor of Lot 3. <br />3. The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to 1"-2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />b) Dedication of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />c) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />d) Designate 30 feet wide corridor of Lot 3 as an outlot. <br />e) Designate drainage easements in angles and bearings as <br />shown on preliminary plat - drainageway to be designated at <br />a 15 feet width. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Deed access and utility easement in favor of Lot 3 over <br />10 feet drainage and utility easement adjacent to east lot <br />1 ine of Lot 2. <br />C. FEES TO 3E Pt+ID: Total Due $400.00 <br />a) Park dedication fee per current schedule, calculated as <br />follows: Lot 3 at 9100.00. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
