City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1. Owner of Lot 2 to grant an access easement over the 10 feet <br />drainage and utility easement adjacent to Outlot A along the west side <br />in favor of Lot 3. <br />2. Prior to the issuance.of certificate of occupancy for the new <br />residence on Lot 3, the subdividers must relocate drainage ditch <br />adjacent to Watertown Road, approximately 27 feet from the center line <br />of Watertown Road. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before July 25, 1988 together <br />with a certified original copy of this Resolution and executed copies <br />of the easements and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br />necessary to file a ne'.., application with the City of Orono for subdivision <br />review. <br />Dated this 25th day of January, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
