Ziminski <br />CSAH 6, Southwest quadrant of North Brown Road <br />Section 27, Township 116, Range 23 <br />Hennepin bounty Plat No. 1581 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />We reviewed the above subdivision and make the following comments: <br />- No additional right of way required at this time by Hennepin County along <br />this segment of CSAH 6. <br />- All access to Lot 2 must be via North Brown Road. No additional direct <br />access from these lots to CSAH 6 will be permitted by Hennepin County, <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construe+ion, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
