The County wants all access from Lot 1 to Lot <br />2 closed off. Access to Lot 2 must be via North Brown Road only. A single <br />access use is approved off County Road 6 for Lot 1. Cook, in his report, <br />acks that unused extensions of driveways be removed within both lots. In <br />Planning Commission recommendation, at their meeting of December 21st, <br />1, members approved a deadline date of May 1st, 1988 for removal of the <br />used extension of the existing driveway (review Exhibit I, the <br />preiiminary plans). The City will ask for the removal of the existing <br />driveway 20' on either side of the lot line except for the northern <br />extension within Lot 1 that serves as additional parking area, but the <br />portion that encroaches Lot 2 along the northern portion of the new <br />dividing line must also be removed. <br />Planning Comsission Recce endation - <br />To recommend approval of a 2 lot plat application of Richard & Karen <br />Ziminski finding all standards of the on -site septic, zoning, and <br />subdivision codes satisfied, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Payment of a park fee for Lot 2 at $200.00. <br />2. Approval of individual accesses as set forth in the Hennepin <br />County report as follows: Lot 1 to be served by existing curb cut at <br />County Road 6 and Lot 2 to be served by existi.., curb cut off of North <br />Brown Road. <br />3. The unused extensions of the existing driveway located now within <br />the shared lot lines of Lots 1 and 2 are to be removed by May 1, 1988 <br />as a condition of final subdivision approval. Portions to be removed <br />are specified as 20' on either side of the existing dividing line <br />along the southern portion of the encroachment and that portion of the <br />parking area along the northern sections that encroaches Lot 2 to also <br />be removed. <br />The enclosed resolution has been draftad per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />
