City of Orono Personnel Rules Section 209 <br />ISSUE_ - Approval of the City Administrator's discipline arising <br />frou� the events listed in Attachment A. <br />INTRODUCTION - In accordance with Attachment B all disciplinary <br />suspensions require City Council approval. following the <br />approval the employee may appeal the discipline in writing. This <br />would be done at a subsequent regular or special meeting. <br />DISCUSSION - As outlined � Attachement A the review of the <br />actions of_ the employee in iation to the listed incidents merit <br />the imposition of a one weeK suspension. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1.
